How we help
Step 1: Understand your situation
We find out about your immigration history, your family, and your plans. A free 15-minute call with our team is a good place to start.
Step 2: Advise on the right route
A solicitor explains which application fits your situation, what the rules require, and where the risks are.
Step 3: Prepare and submit
We give you a document checklist for your case, complete the application form, and write a cover letter setting out how you meet the rules.
Step 4: Keep you updated
We submit your application and keep you updated until the Home Office makes a decision.
Applying before your visa runs out
If you make a valid application before your current permission ends, you can usually stay in the UK on the same conditions while the Home Office decides.
If your visa has already run out, get advice straight away. Overstaying can make future applications harder.
Work visas
To apply for a Skilled Worker visa, you need a job offer from an employer with a sponsor licence, who assigns you a Certificate of Sponsorship. We can prepare your application. If you're an employer, see our services for employers.

What does the free call cover?
It's a 15-minute call with our team to understand what you need, explain how we can help, and tell you what it's likely to cost. It isn't legal advice. For that, book a 30-minute consultation with a solicitor.
Is the consultation fee credited if I go ahead?
Yes. If you instruct us after your consultation, we credit the consultation fee against our fees.

No. Home Office application fees and the Immigration Health Surcharge are paid to the Home Office, not to us. You can check the current amounts on GOV.UK.
My visa is about to run out. What should I do?
Get in touch as soon as you can. If you make a valid application before your current permission ends, you can usually stay in the UK on the same conditions while it's decided.
What is an eVisa?
An eVisa is an online record of your immigration status. You view it, and share it with employers, landlords, and others, through your UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account.
Can you guarantee my application will be approved?
No one can guarantee a Home Office decision. We check you meet the rules, explain any risks honestly, and present your application clearly.
