What's the difference between the free call and a solicitor consultation?
The free call is a short chat to understand your situation. A solicitor consultation is paid legal advice: 30 minutes for immigration (£150 + VAT) or 60 minutes for family and finance (£250 + VAT). If you then instruct us, we credit the consultation fee against our fees.
Do you offer fixed fees?
Yes, for many of our services. We agree the fee with you upfront, before any work starts. Where a matter can't be fixed, we give you a clear estimate for each stage.
Do I have to come to your office?
No. Consultations are by video call as standard, so you can speak to us from anywhere. If you'd rather talk by phone or meet at our St Albans office, just tell us when you book.
How do I pay?
You can pay by card. For bigger matters we split our fees into stages, and you pay for each stage before it starts, so you always know what's coming.
Do I need to go to court?
Often not. Most divorces and consent orders are dealt with on paper, and most immigration applications never involve a hearing. If your case does need a hearing, we'll explain what to expect and prepare you for it.
