Sony Sadaf Haroon Solicitors is carefully monitoring the escalating coronavirus situation. We are taking appropriate actions with the wellbeing of our clients, colleagues and our wider community being foremost in our minds.
Our St Albans office remains open with a skeleton team of staff. We are making arrangements to ensure that post and deliveries to the offices are dealt with.
Please note during the office closure Sony Sadaf Haroon Solicitors will accept service of documents by e-mail but not by fax during this period.
Clients should be reassured that our business infrastructure fully supports remote working and as such we expect to maintain the usual high level of service. Our lawyers remain available to support you in any way we can.
For the time being our St Albans office remains open for clients where visits are essential and additional hygiene measures have been put in place. Other than essential visits, we advise that you do not attend in person and that we work together ‘virtually.’
We are happy to offer telephone or conferencing calls with our legal teams as well as staying in touch as normal via email to ensure the continued progress of cases and fulfilment of your legal objectives whilst minimising risk of spreading the virus at this time.
In the case of essential meetings in our offices, we will be asking attendees routine questions in advance about recent travel and possible exposure and, in all cases, will strive to limit the number of attendees.
